How to use USI in various 2-wire modes

Description
There has been some requests for info about the USI lately, so we present this document describing in a pseudocode kind of manner how to use USI in various 2-wire modes:
- Master transmitter/receiver
- Slave receiver/transmitter
Three-wire, SPI compliant usage is quite well described in the different datasheets, e.g. tiny26.
This document is not formatted as an AVRfreaks Design Note and hence released just as an "article" just to provide the information as quickly as possible.
