Summary

The combination of ADC, SPI and UART makes the AT90S4433 ideal for Data Aquisition. Hook up a serial memory on the SPI, and use the RS232 to communicate with the world. This device is also available in a 5V version, AT90S4433.

Comments

This device is a predecessor to the ATmega8L. Not only does the ATmega8L give you a lot more features, but it also cost LESS than the AT90LS4433.
